the hotel was placed just 1 mile from masjid al haram. we liked the service and staff and moderate prices. room met our requirements.

A 15-minute walk from abraj al bait takes you to the hotel. The staff was helpful and the property met my requirements. The hotel was not far from Al Haramin`` Mina 1 '' train station:)))

very nice hotel for the price, very friendly staff, the van to haram before and after prayer was such a help, the room had a lot to offer for its size. they really tried to make it easy for you, even include a small string in bathroom to dry your cloths. i felt they try their best for your comfort. i was very happy
room was a bit smelly (cigeratte?)

Hotel staff was good especially the manager.
There was a cockroach in my room in addition to whistling mosquitoes.....I had to pay for one bottle of water/per day which is suppose to complimentary. Mercure is suppose to be a good brand and that was the only reason why i selected this hotel but over all experience was below satisfactory,

Although it is close to the Haram, no way to walk to the Haram because of the construction work around the Haram. So we have to stick to the bus provided by the Hotel which was quiet inconvinient.

recently i booked this hotel for my mother's umrah trip and she had a wonderful time there and she likes the bus service for every payer to marham,inshAllah we are planing to come again during Ramadhan
my mother don't speaks english she find it difficult in fiding resturants within the hotel premisis

There is nothing special as it is an ordinary hotel to stay for short time. Rooms are very small as shown in pictures.
There is no restaurant available inside hotel and even no tea/coffee shop available. The arrangement for Shuttle service to Haram is not good as compared to other hotels and some times return shuttle is not available.

it suits small family for quick and desparate with no kids or elderly persons,not very far from Haram
No resturant availble, no food facility,the shuttel bus is substandard timingwise, frequencywise,there was no A/C in the car

Very fast check in and check out with no frills. nice comfortable room. friendly staff. location also is quite close to al Haram (10 min walk). Plenty of Car Parking space in and around the hotel. Overall, a very nice package within the Price. Would certainly try it again.
Minor maintenance issues; blocked sink, not much of a house keeping but didn't really needed them anyways. It would've been good to have a proper restaurant in the premises. Bottom-line; This hotel is not a 5 star, but serves the purpose of visiting the Holy place and resting in a cozy place within a budget.

The Hotel was good, Its about 10 minutes walk to the Haram, They have a bus so if you go by the timings of the bus you do not have to walk to the Haram. We always walked back to the hotel after the Taraweh prayers. It was good exercise and did not mind. Its good value for money.

The staff at reception was not aware of my arrival. It took a little while before they accepted me. Please take your reservation paper with you.
